In my profession , the hardest things that I have to do is to deal with other people. Implementing a software in a new company is easy, the hardest part is how to make people understand it , accept it and used it.
no … don’t go there yet , sometimes I also have a problems with another consultant, with my own teams and even with the team leader.
People is people. Conflict is what we do best.
So what I do. I used the ” taming the wild dog ” method
So , how do you tame the wild dog ? 
Do you run ? Do you stay and surrender and let it kill you ?
nope , remember this , the wild dog attack you , only if its consider you as a threat… so don’t be a threat even if you are one !!!
So it may takes time , but believe me it’s the only way , after all dog is a human best friend , isn’t it ?
